If you have booked a full appointment, you can expect to receive a thorough assessment of your injury and the presentation of a recommended customized program of care.

Under normal conditions, you will also receive your first therapy at that time, so please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and permits the physical therapist to access the injured area.

If you have seen a doctor first, please bring any notes or x-rays with you.

Please bring a complete list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medications you take regularly as well.

If you are not booked for a full appointment but have booked the free 20-minute evaluation, you can expect that we will evaluate your injury to determine if we can be of assistance.
